New York Marathon See you soon.

Happy Halloween. Tonight, I will sit on the couch relaxing, while my spouse answers the doorbell. 

Oh, my! In 2 days, I will be at the start of the New York Marathon!!!

The past 4 weeks of tapering have been rather chilled.

 I did not do much running.

  I wanted to make sure I did not aggravate my asthma or have any asthma flare-up.  

 I also made sure my allergies are under control. I received my monthly shots.

I am calm and ready to go. My muscles are all healed.

GOAL

  1. Finish around 7:00-7:15
  2. Have fun
  3. Pose for a finish line picture
